Specialized in corporate finance and wealth management in local and foreign markets, he was Financial Controller at Banco Río SAECA, Advisor at Puente CBSA, Portfolio Manager at Puente AFPISA and Portfolio Manager at Oikos Capital. He holds degrees in economics and sociology from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción (National University of Asunción) and a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School, United Kingdom. He is certified as a Stock Exchange Operator and Futures Operator by the Instituto de la BVPASA (BVPASA Institute).
Juan Carlos Valenzuela (Head of Operations)
He has more than 15 years of professional experience in banking and capital markets. He was a Member of the Board of Directors of Investor CBSA and Investor AFPISA, where he served as executive director in charge of operations, corporate finance, compliance and legal affairs. He held the position of Senior Lawyer at commercial banks such as ABN AMRO and REGIONAL. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Católica de Asunción (Catholic University of Asunción).
Claudia Silva (Internal Audit)
She has more than thirty years of experience in accounting, auditing and tax advisory services. She was Chief Accountant of Grupo Medico Santa Clara for more than 10 years. She is a Public Accountant, with a degree from the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables (Faculty of Economic, Administrative and Accounting Sciences) of the Universidad Nacional de Asunción. She holds a Specialization in Tax Management from the same university.
Ignacia Jara (Compliance Officer)
She specializes in AML/CFT, taxation, general accounting and tax advisory services. She is a Public Accountant, with a degree from the Facultad de Ciencias Económicas, Administrativas y Contables of the Universidad Nacional de Asunción. She holds a Diploma in Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing – Compliance Officer for Obligated Entities (SO), delivered by FOTRIEM.
